Clint Gregory - Owner/Managing Member

Clint Gregory has been a NC General Contractor since 1997 and holds a BS degree from East Carolina University in Construction Management and Industry & Technology. Clint is currently a member of the Varco Pruden Regional Advisory Council. Past experience includes thirteen years in Commercial Project Management including: Religious & Sports Facilities, Retail & Flex Centers, Medical Industry, Aircraft Hangers and Heavy Highway. Clint is also has completed the OSHA 30 Hr Certification in Construction Standards.

Warren Gregory - Construction Manager

Warren is a NC General Contractor. Warren recently retired from a local design-build contractor where he served as Senior Vice President with (39) thirty nine years service. His experience with leadership and management of job task keeps project moving at all phases of construction. Warren has constructed over 500 projects in NC.

Mike Linthicum - Project Developer/Estimator

Mike has been employed with Gregory Development for five years and manages estimating and pre-engineered metal building design and pricing. He coordinates projects with architects and owners. Mike has (45) forty – five years experience as a General Contractor, Project Manager, Estimator, and Project Executive. He holds a BS in Construction Management from West Virginia State University. Mike exhibits detailed organization skills and controls the Varco Pruden software programs within our company.

Stratton Phillips - Project Manager/Superintendent

Stratton manages and coordinates day to day business operations for the construction and grading scopes of work. Stratton has been employed with Gregory Development since 2007 with 14 years construction experience. Stratton is CPR and OSHA 10 Hr certified in the Construction Standards.

Matt Johnson - Project Manager/Administrator

Matt is a licensed NC General Contractor and has been employed with Gregory Development for (2) two years as a job site manager and field engineer. Matt also holds a BS degree from East Carolina University in Construction Management and Industry & Technology. Matt possesses 12 years past experience in field operations and commercial construction. Matt is level II qualified in VP Command Pre-Engineered buildings.
