New La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Decor facility located at 2530 Walnut Street, Cary, North Carolina. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with bar joist & metal deck, rigid insulation and a standing seam metal roof. The exterior walls are pre-cast stone, cultured stone, brick, E.I.F.S. and storefront glass. The project with extensive site work was started in December 2013 and the store opened in November 2014.
